After setting up an appointment, a designer will meet with you at your home, at the construction site, or at a model home in your development.
The designer will survey each room with you to determine how you want to use the space. Based on your needs and budget, the designer will offer some suggestions and then return to our shop to create a preliminary design.
You’ll be able to view this preliminary design as a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing. We’ll send it to you by mail, fax or e-mail, whichever your prefer. Again, there is no charge for the CAD drawing and no obligation whatsoever.
You’ll also receive a proposal for your review. Once you receive the preliminary design and proposal, we can discuss any changes by phone or arrange another meeting. It’s up to you. If you’d like, the designer can do another walk-through at the model home or construction site to be sure you’re getting exactly what you want.
With your approval, we can schedule a convenient time to begin work. Upon completion, we will inspect the work and consult with you to be sure that you are absolutely delighted with the outcome.
